We have 5 contemporary guest rooms available on a bed and breakfast basis and have a 4 star Enjoy England rating. We warmly welcome walkers and cyclists (cycle storage available).

We're conveniently located in the centre of the village with easy access to the lake, Ullswater Steamers, local shops and three good village pubs.

The village is situated where Lake Ullswater flows into the River Eamont - so you can wander along the lakeside in one direction, or along the river in the other. Either way, within a couple of minutes, the centre of the village turns into unspoilt countryside.
