By booking your holiday/trip with Ullswater House you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment
A deposit is required to secure your booking, please see the tariff page for details. We will send you a confirmation, by post or email, upon receipt of this deposit within 7 days. The balance is due on arrival.

Arrival
Your room will be ready for you from 4pm on the day of your arrival, unless otherwise agreed in advance. If you wish to arrive earlier we will arrange for storage of your baggage until your room is available.

Departure
We require that you vacate your room by 10am on the morning of your departure unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Complaints
Should you find any faults or have any complaints during your stay, please advise us immediately so that any appropriate action can be taken, we would wish to resolve any issues as soon as possible to minimise any disruption to your holiday.

Damage and Breakages
You are responsible for any breakages or damage you may cause to my home and its contents. Please report these as soon as they happen and at the very least before your departure, whilst we understand that accidents happen there may be instances where we will have to have to charge you where appropriate to rectify any damage and loss of earnings.

Web Site and Brochure
We make every effort to ensure that the information contained on our web site and in our brochure and the accompanying leaflets are accurate. We do however reserve the right to make small changes and we accept no liability for minor inaccuracies.

Dogs
Service dogs (guide dogs) only.

Smoking
NO SMOKING in the house or garden. Anyone found smoking will be asked to leave with no refund and a cleaning charge of £40.00 will be levied.
