Ullswater House B&B has five guest rooms in total - including a family room and king sized rooms on the ground and first floor. Each room is en-suite (with showers) and have LCD TV, well stocked hospitality trays, organic toiletries, luxury bed linen and towels. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

We serve an extensive breakfast menu each morning in our dining room usually between 8.15 and 9.00 o’clock, if you require an earlier breakfast please let us know prior to your arrival.

Our breakfast table provides a choice of cereals, freshly prepared fruit salad, yogurts - not to mention a hearty full cooked English breakfast (using the best local produce available) or lighter options of smoked salmon with eggs.

If you have a favourite dish that you don’t see on our menu please ask and we will be happy to try to accommodate any request.

Vegetarian and special dietary requirements are also catered for and packed lunches can be provided. Please let us know on arrival.

Room 1 – first floor

Double - to the front of the house, it has views of the village and the fells beyond. The room has light calming colours, and white French style furniture.

Room 2 – first floor

Super king or twin – to the side of the house, it has dual aspect windows and views of the fells and the fields behind. Modern decor in light calming colours.

Room 3 – first floor

Double – to the rear of the property again with duel aspect windows with views of the village and Dunmallard Hill, modern decor in light colours.

Room 4- first floor

Family room – to the front of the house again with duel aspect windows with views of the village and the fells beyond. It has a super king/twin bed and a single bed with a guest bed, this room is able to sleep up to four people, fresh and calming colours.

Room 5 – ground floor

Super king or twin – to the side of the house, modern decor in tones of brown and duck egg, it can either be a super king size bed or twin beds. This room has limited views but is large and has easy access.
