Usually we require a two night minimum booking for a weekend, some single nights may be available at weekends, please contact us for details.

Dogs are allowed but only in the ground floor room, doggie rules and a small fee of £5 per stay applies.

Bank Holidays usually require a 3 night booking, including Christmas.

We are more than happy to take large groups. Ullswater House can accommodate up to 12 people, full house bookings may be available at a discount, please contact for information.

Most major cards are accepted as well as personal cheques when supported with a valid cheque guarantee card, for credit cards there is a fee of 1.5%.

We require a deposit of £30.00 per room, which is non refundable, for stays up to 2 days, for longer stays a deposit of £50.00 is required again non refundable. For "no shows", we will charge for the first night.
